At 9 Dijital Baskı, digital textile printing production includes colour consistency control, metre verification and sample approval where needed. Polyester and cotton fabrics, regular B2B production.
Once an order is confirmed, we agree on fabric and printing method together. From there, every batch goes through the same checks, from printing through to shipment readiness.
This applies whether the order is a one-off run or part of a regular B2B production schedule. For details on production and shipment-readiness timelines, see our production capacity page.
Colour consistency is checked as part of the production process. The goal is to keep different batches within the same order, and repeat production runs over time, visually consistent with each other. For brands with an ongoing supply relationship, this check is what keeps production consistent order after order.
Every production batch has its metreage verified before shipment. This confirms that the quantity shipped matches what was ordered.
For first-time collaborations, or when fabric, colour or printing method need to be confirmed before scaling up, we require sample approval before full production begins. This is not a fixed step for every order. It applies mainly at the start of a new working relationship or when something in the setup needs confirming.
For brands and textile companies with recurring orders, the same quality checks continue at every production cycle. Growing order volume does not simplify the process, the same standard applies regardless of scale.
